Shipping and Returns
Purchase of Products
The following steps are required to create the contract between you and Weybridge Sport:
- You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
- Once your goods are shipped, we will send you a despatch confirmation email (proof of purchase).
Shipping & Delivery Information
Some postal addresses in remote parts of Great Britain, some offshore islands and Northern Ireland may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.
We offer our customers a standard delivery charge of £6.50 per order. Please note that goods take between 2-5 working days to arrive once despatched, depending on destination.
Alternatively, you can make arrangements to collect your ordered goods from our shop in Weybridge, in person and without incurring any postage charges. Please ensure that you bring your proof of purchase when visiting the shop to collect your goods.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Selling Directive.
- Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after 21 days will not be credited to your account unless they are faulty. You must inform us and return the goods as soon as possible.
- You are responsible for the cost (postage and packaging) of returning the goods, together with proof of purchase.
- Any items which are returned will need to be sent by recorded/registered post.
- Goods must be returned in the original condition/wrapping whereupon we will refund your PayPal account on receipt of the goods.
- Should any goods be faulty the postage and packaging will be fully refunded.
- If a customer`s preference is to return goods to our shop in Weybridge, in person, this is acceptable and providing that all the rules stated above are adhered to and you bring the original despatch confirmation email (proof of purchase). Please note that refunds are only available through PayPal for any returned goods and not as a direct transaction at our shop. Notification of returns will be provided in writing at the shop and your refund will be credited back to your account within 24 hours.
- Please also note that for hygiene reasons, gum shields, drinks bottles, underwear garments and swimwear cannot be returned.
